The staff takes care to ensure every experience is unique, personalized and tuned to your needs.

RATES:

standard rate is $50/hr. 4-hour minimum

DAILY LOCKOUT RATE: $500/day

• Multi-track recording setup fee: $150

• Special events - case by case basis

We will provide priority access and pricing to artists and organizations from underrepresented communities and those with increased barriers to the music industry.
i.e. LGBTQ2S+, BIPOC, women, trans, non-binary, disabled, etc.

We are a Jerk-Free Zone. Accessibility: The space is not fully accessible for those with physical disabilities. We are located in a basement with no elevator, there are multiple flights of stairs and single steps between rooms. At the front entrance, there are 2 small flights of stairs, separated by a landing, approximately 5-6 steps each, with a step down to the main room, both washrooms have a step up to get to them, and the rear exit is made up of 3 steps to a landing, and then a full flight of concrete stairs. A ramp is not viable for the way the stairs are constructed.
